Who will have access to my bank details if I realize the online purchase?
All payments made through Paypal or with credit card are made through the payment gateway or virtual POS. This system is the safest in the market because it allows the customer to connect directly with the bank, without sharing the data of the card with the store. Obvious does not know or register your bank details.
Do the prices that appear on the web, include taxer and shipping costs?
The prices shown in the store are in Euros (€) and do not include taxes or shipping costs, as these amounts depend on the country in which each buyer is located.
These amounts are calculated during the purchase process, and are reported prior to order confirmation.

Between what forms of payment can I choose?
Our store accepts payments with credit card (VISA / MASTER CARD / AMEX) and PayPal. You will be asked to choose the payment method during the checkout process
If you want to pay by bank transfer send us a message throw our Contact Form indicating your personal data, the products you want to buy and the shipping address. We will send you a proforma invoice with our bank details.. As soon as you send us the proof of the transfer, we will process your order with the corresponding invoice.
Can I send an order to an address that is not mine?
Of course! Before confirming the order you can tell us the shipping address you want, which may be different from your billing address.
Can I void my order?
Yes. You can do this by sending an e-mail throw our Contact Form.
The refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase or to your PayPal account, depending on the payment method you have chosen.
Please do it as soon as possible. Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been placed at the disposal of the logistics services company, in which case you can avail of our policy of changes and returns.
When will I receive my order?
It depends on the destination of the order. We ship all our orders the next business day of receiving them. You can check the approximate transit times in our Terms and Conditions.

What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
Our transport company will try again and, if they do not find you, they will contact you to arrange a delivery.
What if the product arrives damaged?
You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to examine your order. If it have any defect of origin, or if it has been damaged during transport, you must notify us by sending an e-mail throw our Contact Form.
We will contact you to process the return of the defective product and change it for a new one. Of course, shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment will be borne by us.
Can I return my order or change it for another?
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to make changes or returns.
The product must be returned exactly in the same conditions it was received and unused, in its original packaging, sealed, and including all warranties, labels and instructions for use. If the goods are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept an exchange or return.
Transportation costs will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the goods and verify that the above mentioned conditions are met, we will accept the change or return of the product by proceeding to the new shipment, in case of change, or to the payment of the amount, in case of return.
